terms of sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

When you submit an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between fate&faith by design and customer will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the item(s) which you ordered have been dispatch to you.

Only item(s) listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

pricing and availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which apprear on this blog are accurate, errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price of any items which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the items, you will receive a full refund.

customized items

customize item(s) shall be ready after 2weeks of order. however, any customized order must be deposited half of the total price. and the remaining shall be paid upon completion of customized cloths.

payment method

Payment can be made via on-line transfer to fate & faith by design under the name of NUZULUL FATEHANIE BINTI JUREMI at CIMB Account No: 14410070771521;

Or, you can make payment via cash desopit to same account as mentioned above.

Or, you can make payment by hand while self collect your item(s).

You must inform fate & faith by design by email to fateandfaith1@gmail.com after payment has been made.


We aim for orders to be despatched on the same working day if payment clears before 1.00PM. After 1.00PM, we will get the orders despatched the next morning. After items leave our office, it will take 2-3 working days to arrive at your doorstep for orders in Peninsular Malaysia and 3-4 working days to arrive at your doorstep for orders in Sabah and Sarawak.

Cash on delivery only available within Klang Valley and subject to change at the discretion of fate&faith by design.

returns & exchange

Cash refunds are not available. However, if the customer is unhappy with the purchase, the customer can return the items to fate&faith by design within 10 working days from date of delivery and inform us beforehand by emailing to us at fateandfaith1@gmail.com.

Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition with returns label still attached can be returned to fate&faith by design. Accessories are non-refundable. 

We apoligize of faulty item(s) is sent to you. Please let us know immediately by taking photo (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to fateandfaith1@gmail.com. We will exchange your item for a new one.
